Nuyarn® is a spinning technology that unleashes the natural performance of wool fibre that is usually twisted out by traditional spinning methods. The result, wool products made to outperform synthetics. Nuyarn® does not twist the fibre. Instead it drafts wool fibres along a high performance filament resulting in two-ply yarns with much more volume and aeration.

The high impact zones of these socks are reinforced with Herculan® Wool. For the first time in history, strong wool normally only suited to carpet can be spun fine enough to be used in place of pure synthetic materials. This means a natural fibre sometimes destined for landfill can be repurposed to solve universal performance problems.
